Commissioned by the NGV for the Great Hall as part of NGV Kids Summer Festival, My big 3D drawing shapes take inspiration from Keith Haring’s chalk drawings.
The interactive sculpture invited visitors to play and draw.
The kids festival was so positive and life giving. I feel so lucky to have these opportunities to work with such great teams of people that are focused on such great wholesome outcomes. Truly a deep honour to work within the Great Hall at the NGV. I had so many funny and touching conversations with both young people and adults that will really stay with me. Thanks to all the positive visitors who did so much great drawing and said such nice things. It really was the medicine I needed during the dark start to 2020.
