This series challenges artists to use their creativity to help explain complex mental health and wellbeing topics.
Lee and I explore ‘Building Resilience’ + the 4 elements of building a healthy outlook + building strength around you.
Helping others to use creativity to build good mental health for young people is a topic that’s really important to me.
I had heaps of fun with Lee Constable and shooting in the ABC studios. It was a really supportive + rewarding project.
